Debit/Credit Card payments are accepted upon collection of the vehicle. We do not accept fleet cards.
Should you choose to pay via EFT, please note that we cannot release your vehicle until the payment reflects in our bank account. Providing us with proof of payment is not sufficient. Please verify our banking details before processing payment via EFT.
If the excess or betterment is percentage-based, this amount will be calculated closer to the conclusion of the repair. The amount may vary, so please confirm this before making payment on the claim.
When your vehicle is dropped off, please provide your driver's licence at point of book-in so we can make a copy and keep it on record.
Please remove any valuables of importance from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We will not be held accountable for items left behind in the vehicle once repairs commence.
