At CLARK AND KENT, we believe in providing quality customer service to our customers first time round.
To achieve customer satisfaction, Clark and Kent has set up a CSI survey that is conducted on every repair done. By this we are able to track whether the client was satisfied with the repairs and the quality of the job on the vehicle.
This CSI is done as soon as the job is completed. In the case where the client is not satisfied, the invoice is not submitted to the Insurance for payment until such time that the client is fully satisfied with the job done. If the invoice was already submitted, payment to Clark & Kent will be held back until the complaint is resolved.
